The Privacy Regulation, which came into force on May 25, 2018, aims to protect the data that allows you to identify yourself, in order to respect your privacy.

The personal data we keep in our information system are stored for the following processing:

– The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and the Business Tracking
– Follow-up of training
– Follow-up of technical interventions
– The recording of your quotes
– Managing your orders, tracking and deliveries

– Where applicable, to send information about our company by email, unless you object

The personal data we manage are mandatory. If not, we cannot process your estimates and orders.
This is information known as contact information (name, e-mail, postal address, etc.) to contact you, process and ship your orders.

This data is intended for internal use only for the proper functioning of our business. In no case are it transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to access the data concerning you and, if necessary, to request correction and deletion.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data about you, as well as the right to limit processing, the right to object to processing, or the right to portability of your personal data that you can exercise by sending an email to contact@alternetis.fr.
